God-fearing, independent academic with a hunger for educating the whole rosaire4crperson-body, soul, and spirit. With this internet forum, I seek to use all available resources, not limited to media, research, writing, and presentations to build relationships among people and create viable partnerships. The goal is to work with and challenge people to be the best they can be, whether at home, work, or play. The vision is to assist individuals and groups to become self-actualized responsible citizenry in a global community— willing, educated, and fulfilled enough to live and let live.

Born in Nigeria to late Dr. Francis and late Madam Cecelia Obioha, Rosaire is one of eight children in her family of four sisters and three brothers. Her world outlook has been a result of upbringing in Nigeria as well as residency and citizenship in the U.S. Additionally, her optimistic belief in people has been broadened by work experiences in Nigeria and in the U.S., including teaching and administrative work in K through 12 education, academia, and Ohio’s State correctional education systems. Most especially, her outlook has also been shaped by a strong faith in God to whom she gives credit for all the innumerable highs and humbling but strengthening lows of her life. She is married to Dr. Ifeanyi Ifedi, and they are blessed with four beautiful children: Amaris, Chinedu, Imani, and Chisom.
