Recognizing and Celebrating Small but Significant Steps.

PM Abiy Ahmed was one of the emerging transnational and millenial leaders I recognized in my keynote [see below]. The promise is real and happening in Africa. First woman to hold the office, President Sahle-Work Zewde and PM are leading change in Ethiopia. Ethiopian Airlines, the new spirit of Africa, is indeed that, offering top class service around the globe. How do you get here? Ethical, selfless, and visionary leadership coupled with an equally selfless willing, and patriotic populace.
